First Logistics Limited was formed in 1998 as an independent Driving Recruitment agency supplying the Greater Manchester and surrounding areas with both temporary and permanent staffing solutions.
Over 20 years trading within the Transport and Logistics sector has enabled First Logistics to build a strong and trusted reputation within the logistics sector throughout the North West of England First Logistics has focused on a regional approach enabling us to provide a consistently high standard of services to clients, at the right price.
Our portfolio of clients range from Blue Chip, Household names to Independent Sole Traders. Moving forward we hope to consolidate our existing client base, along with welcoming new clients.

Payroll - Back Office Services
Unlike most other agencies, First Logistics have and will continue to, process their payroll inhouse. Our payroll department has over 20 years experience within the industry and pride themselves on ensuring all timesheets are processed correctly, efficiently and more importantly on-time.
Our team are available during office hours and will respond promptly to any questions our agency workers may have.
As active members of the REC, our payroll department are fully compliant and up to date with all current legislation.
From April 2021, due to new IR35 legislation, First Logistics will only employ agency workers through our own PAYE Scheme or through one of our approved umbrella company.

Mark Tickle - (Operations Director)
Director and co-owner of First Logistics, Mark started as a trainee consultant for First Logistics at the tender age of 23, and has from there, worked tirelessly to get to where he is today as Director. Prior to joining First Logistics, Mark spent 5 years working within the Transport Industry and currently holds his National CPC.
Throughout his career with First Logistics, Mark has built a solid reputation for providing quality distribution staff in the Greater Manchester area. As a "hands-on" Director, Mark is still actively involved with the day to day running of the business

Hayley has worked at First Logistics for over a year now, Hayley has worked within the Recruitment Industry for the last 5 years.
Hayley is working primarily within the Driving Division but with an extensive background in payroll and administration, she also assist within these respective departments.
